SME refers to an enterprise with an annual sales turnover of under S$100 million, or that employs less than 200 workers. Any firm or company incorporated or registered in Singapore or overseas with business or activities involved in or related to hydrogen and fuel cell shall be eligible to apply to the Association to be considered for admission as a Corporate Member. 

Each Corporate Member may nominate employees who qualify for Individual Membership as representatives of the Corporate Member. The maximum number of representatives per Corporate Member is one.

A Corporate Member shall have one vote at any General Meeting irrespective of the number of representatives such Corporate Member is allowed by the Constitution to be present at any General Meeting.

A Corporate Member shall have the right to nominate its employee, aged 21 years and above, to hold office in the Association.
