Hydrogen has the potential to be a clean and versatile fuel source, but one major challenge is how to transport it from where it is produced to where it is needed. Hydrogen liquefaction could make hydrogen easier to transport and store. However, there are several challenges associated with hydrogen liquefaction, including high energy requirements, liquefaction of hydrogen at cryogenic temperatures, storage and handling of liquid hydrogen, boil-off losses as well as safety risks associated with the process.
In this webinar, we will discuss various forms of hydrogen transportation and storage, as well as to address its challenges on infrastructure, safety and cost.
