3:20 PM - 3:35 PMLCER project sharing of In-Service Structural Health Monitoring (IS-SHM) for Predictive Maintenance
Low-carbon hydrogen has been identified as a key pathway for Singapore to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. Hydrogen infrastructure will be a critical prerequisite for hydrogen economy. Hydrogen infrastructure such as pipelines and storage tanks are subject to aging problems, which decrease their quality, reliability and increasing risks in safety. In this talk, I will share our LCER project to develop an in-service structural health monitoring (IS-SHM) platform for relevant infrastructure to enable the safe and cost-effective transportation / distribution of hydrogen.
