HFCAS 5th Annual General Meeting
1. To adopt the Statement of Accounts for the Financial Year ended on 31 March 2024.
2. To adopt the Annual Report for Financial Year ended on 31 March 2024.
3. To appoint Crystal Clear Pte Ltd as Auditor for FY2023 (1 Apr 2024 to 31 Mar 2025).
4. To propose a budget to be set aside to address spending on activities from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
5. To pass the resolution for amendments to the Constitution.
6. Election of Executive Committee Members for a 2 Year Term.
7. Updates from HFCAS secretariat team.
8. To transact any other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
